Beretta Fire Rated Security Shutters

Government legislation was introduced on 1st November 2019 resulting in all fire shutters to be CE marked. All of our fire rated products comply with legislation and can be manufactured to suit any building code and regulation requirements.

We have a wide range of Fire Rated Security Roller Shutters. The minimum fire rating is 60 minutes increasing to 120 minutes and 240 minutes. Our roller shutters offer a fire rating whilst maintaining a high level of security. Beretta Security Doors Ltd are based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Automatic operation

Our Fire Rated Security Roller Shutters will automatically close when the alarm is raised and can be connected to a fire alarm, fusible link or a heat detector. The spread of fire is massively reduced due to their quick response time, providing protection to people and property in the event of a fire.

Our Fire Rated Security Roller Shutters are widely installed in schools, restaurants and shopping centres. They are made to measure, galvanised as standard though can be powder coated to any standard RAL colour to compliment the aesthetics or co-ordinate with any commercial brand colours at a surcharge.

All of our fire rated products are designed and tested to comply with building codes, fire safety standards and regulations. We can provide any drawings and can liaise with architects, site managers and contractors to ensure the project process is smooth and efficient throughout.

BDF60 Fire Rated Security Shutters

The BDF60 is a security roller shutter manufactured to contain and prevent the spread of fire for up to 60 minutes, whilst maintaining a high level of security. This door is often installed as a legal requirement in high risk fire areas, such as schools, airports, food and hospitality premises. This door is galvanised, but can be powder coated on request.

Operation Options

Operation Options: Tubular motor, Outboard/Inline Motor operation.
All of our roller shutters come with built in or added safety brake systems as standard. All have manual override options, customised to suit your application. The doors can be operated in various ways, to suit you and your environment.
Tubular/ Inline motors come with key switch operation, battery back up and visual warning panel as standard.
Fire Security Rated shutters to be connected to a fire alarm/ smoke detectors, via our visual warning panel. Ensuring they automatically close in the event of an active fire alarm signal.
