Our single skinned 75 steel slat roller shutter is popular with retail, commercial, agricultural and industrial applications. It has a galvanised finish as standard and the option to powder coat to any standard RAL or company brand colours, whilst protecting the door from scratches.

BDS75 /BDP75/ BDV75 industrial steel roller shutters

The BDS75 is our most popular and versatile door and can be adapted to suit many applications. This door is most popular with retail, commercial, multi-storey car parks, industrial and agricultural premises. Due to its maximum height of 6 metres, it is ideal for premises with entry points for large machinery, or can be manufactured to a standard shop front size. This door has the option of solid, perforated (BDP75) and vision slats (BDV75.)

Our solid slats are most popular with industrial buildings, whereas the perforated slats are most commonly installed in warehouses and car parks, and vision is ideal for retail and commercial properties. This door is galvanised, but can be powder coated on request.

All of our roller shutters come with built in or added safety brake systems as standard. All have manual override options, customised to suit your application. The doors can be operated in various ways, to suit you and your environment.
Tubular motor comes with key switch operation as standard, able to upgrade to push button, or remote/group control with option to operate with smart devices.
Outboard/Inline motor comes with push button control as standard, able to upgrade to key switch, or upgrade to remote/group control with option to operate with smart devices.

Steel roller shutter options

Industrial steel roller shutters are available in three options: BDS75 slatted, BDP75 perforated, and BDV75 vision. These shutters suit internal, reveal, or external face fitting. They are popular in retail, commercial, industrial, and agricultural settings, offering medium to high security.

You can choose from 22, 20, or 18 gauge 75mm single-skinned curved steel laths. Perforated or punched vision slats are available. The maximum width reaches 6000mm with a tubular motor or 12000mm with an outboard or inline motor. All shutters come galvanised as standard, with the option to upgrade to a plastisol finish or any powder-coated RAL colour for an extra cost.

The curtain weight ranges from 9.6kg to 16.5kg per square metre. Maximum surface areas are 24m² for tubular motors and 60m² for outboard or inline motors. You can add a galvanised steel casing and fascia. Guide widths come in 65mm or 100mm, with windlock options for added stability.

Operating the shutters is simple. Choose from tubular, outboard, inline, or fast-action motors. All models include a built-in or added safety brake system. Manual overrides are standard, ensuring you can operate the shutters during power loss.

The tubular motor includes a key switch as standard, with options to upgrade to a push button, remote, or group control. Smart device operation is also available. Outboard and inline motors come with push-button controls, with upgrades to key switches, remotes, or smart device operation to suit your needs.
